Where we ship

We ship from warehouses in the European Union and the United States. Most EU orders arrive within three to five business days. US orders arrive within two to four business days. International orders outside these regions typically take seven to fourteen business days.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. Mining hardware is subject to a manufacturer warranty; contact us before returning any hardware so that we can diagnose and resolve the issue.

Pricing and duties

The price you see is the price you pay in your selected currency. Orders shipped outside the European Union and the United States may be subject to local import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
